OcoaBay, located in the southern Dominican Republic, boasts a rich history of vine plantation that intertwines tradition with innovation. The region’s viticultural roots trace back to 1506 when the Spaniards first introduced vines to the Caribbean, laying the foundation for what would become a thriving winemaking tradition. Established with a vision to revive the region’s viticultural potential, OcoaBay has become a pioneering force in Caribbean winemaking. The unique microclimate and fertile soils of the region provide ideal conditions for growing a variety of grapes, leading to the production of distinctive wines that capture the essence of the area.

OcoaBay offers a fresh take on Caribbean flavor with two standout creations. Our signature Colombard wine i crisp, smooth, and crafted by the sea—ideal for relaxing, sharing, and celebrating. For something different, try KiBay, our naturally fermented tropical drink made with mango and passion fruit. Light, refreshing, and low in alcohol, it’s a new kind of island refreshment.
