1. Agreement to Terms

By using the services provided by OcoaBay, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services Provided

OcoaBay sells wines, jams, and in-person experiences at our physical location.

3. In-Person Pricing and Payments

• Prices for services will be paid upfront.
• We accept cash, check, and credit card payments.

4. Online pricing and Payments

• Prices for services will be provided on the online store.
• 100% of payment is due up front upon digital checkout of products or services.
• We accept credit card or PayPal payments.

5. Cancellation Policy

• Clients may cancel an online order at any time before work on the shipment has begun; however, we prefer as much advance notice as possible. Providing early notice helps us accommodate other clients and plan accordingly.
• A service can not be cancelled once the job has been started; if cancellation occurs while work is in progress, the client is only liable to recover a maximum of 75% of gross cost of the agreed upon service (the customer must pay a 25% gross restocking fee for any consolation regardless of when it occurs after purchase).
• Cancellations must be submitted preferably in writing via text message, email, and/or a phone call.

6. Liability Disclaimer

• OcoaBay is not responsible for any damage caused by unforeseen circumstances.
• All sales are final- no refunds may be given after the completion of work.

7. Warranties and Guarantees

• We guarantee our work to be performed professionally and in accordance with industry standards.
• No additional warranties, expressed or implied, are provided unless specified in writing.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which our business operates.
