Bayaonda at OcoaBay offers artisanal dishes made with organic ingredients harvested right here. Fresh fish and shellfish are caught in the Bay of Ocoa by local fishermen. Our focaccias and dishes are made in our wood-fired oven; our honey is produced by bees from the flowers in the surrounding dry forest; and our goat meat and cheese come from goats raised on our farm. With its unique farm-to-table experience, BayaOnda is surrounded by modern rustic architecture, offering stunning views of both the mountains and the sunset over the bay.
