The Bayaonda restaurant offers artisanal dishes made with organic ingredients harvested right here. Fresh fish and shellfish are caught here in the Bay of Ocoa by local fishermen.

We pride ourselves in the ultimate freshness of our organic food. Our focaccias and dishes are made in our wood-fired oven; our honey is made by bees from the flowers in the surrounding dry forest; finally, our goat meat and cheese come from the goats raised on our farm.

The BayaOnda, with its unique farm to table experience, surrounded by modern rustic architecture with a view of both the mountains and the sunset over the bay is the perfect place to enjoy your food with our OcoaWines.

With the reservation in our restaurant you have access to the pool.
Children from 12 years old can enter the pool.
Our infinity pool will be open until 7:30 pm.
The minimum consumption of our restaurant is RD $ 3,000 plus taxes per adult.

You can book at the restaurant without having to meet the minimum consumption and only the consumption will be charged. This does not include the use of our infinity pool.
